It is undisputed that “Marriage counseling for Sales and Marketing” is long overdue. The question is HOW to get started after decades of neglect that have cemented firmly-held beliefs and attitudes on both sides?
My personal opinion is that we need to bring the two parties together in a blame-free environment first and guide them to discover WHY they should work together before we move on to HOW that collaboration should occur. Otherwise, it will all revert back to the way it was before within a very short period of time.
