Sales training starts during the on-boarding process for new employees and needs to continue as the sales professionals become more involved in their roles. The ability to write great emails, phone etiquette, to moving into social selling skills with LinkedIn and Twitter. Training needs to be part of the regular process every sales professional has exposure to.
